Laku Special Blend 2017

Laku is the result of the vineyards effort to create a wine of the highest quality and uniqueness possible. Each year the winery's president, Santiago Achurra, and the winemaker, Benoit Fitte spend three days tasting barrel samples in order to find the very best batches. At the end of these three days, only seven of the 3200 barrels are chosen and blended giving birth to Laku. The blend can be made of any combination of varietals from three different valleys. The blend is a secret, which is only revealed in print on the cork once the bottle has been opened.
