The Languedoc is the largest wine region in France and is home to multiple climate and soil types, making it one of the most dynamic wine regions in the country.
We'll guide you through some of the best examples of Languedoc wine, showcasing the well known classic blends typical of the region, as well as wines produced from native varieties and by innovative winemakers.
The wine tasting will be followed by a hearty sausage cassoulet served with a glass of your favourite. Bon appétit!
