Wine Events Coming Up!

We run Education Sessions with Yannick, “Meet the Winemaker” Events with wine producers and WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) qualifications now too.

Here’s the list of what’s coming up soon!

Saturday 23rd February (3pm) - “Sparkling Wine and Champagne” Education Session with Yannick. Information about grape varieties, climates and methods, and some tasters so you can try for yourself. Nearly fully-booked so be quick!

Thursday 14th March (7pm) or Saturday 16th March (3pm) - ”Reds of the World” Education Session with Yannick. Learn more about grape varieties, climates, fermentation methods and maturation methods of red wines. Some samples will be given to demonstrate the differences and a blind tasting at the end for a bit of fun!

Thursday 28th March (7pm) - “Meet the Winemaker” Event with Rothschild. One of the most well-known family names in Bordeaux they produce exceptional wines and have now branched out to represent vineyards elsewhere in France and the world. A representative will be coming to talk about the Rothschild family, how the name has developed and of course give some tasters of their fantastic range of wines.

Thursday 11th April (7pm) - ”Meet the Winemaker” Event with Yealands Estate. An award-winning vineyard based in Marlborough, New Zealand. They will be here to talk about the philosophy behind Yealands, their “green” outlook and sustainable practices and they will have some tasters of their selection for you to try.
